The best way to experience Cappadocia and all of its glory is to take a ride on one of the many hot air balloons. The sunrise over Cappadocia is truly a beautiful sight. If you happen to be there in the off season you might be able to see valleys covered in a layer of snow. The balloon ride will go up and down through the many valleys.

I had a close encounter  with one of the boulders. We were coming out of a valley and came within only a couple of feet from the boulder. What’s better then a glass of champaign at the of the ride to celebrate!
